Level Of Difficulty at Work: 3 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 35min

Woo! yesterday i was informed that i had mail already at my new home. So i go off to check on the house and i met up with the husband of the sellers. And as we were talking (later finding no mail), we were looking at the sunset.. mymymy.. quite a beautiful sight..

But tonight is Roxannes Dance night. All her little kiddies did their thing. It was pure dance, not a variety show of bands and orchestras n what not, just dance.. It was a pretty good show. All the kiddies danced alot better than the last show. And the audience was more lively.. The difference is like, dancing to dance.. vs. dance to do the motions. The kiddies looked like they had fun though. I finally got to see the work that Roxanne put into these kiddies. Its the investing of skills and seeing the outcome of it all in these shows. pretty cool..

Toady i just had my 1st encounter with 'adulthood'.. The joint bank account, well that we need to get one going.... *doodoo!* That, and hanging with Dong's Brother's kiddies is interesting..

Life is gonna starting to get interesting..

Added some more approved stuffs

Weeeee..

Off to Tomas Sport Tuning and hung out with owner Tim Tomas with Delilah.. I haven't been there in about a year and a half.. She got a rear swaybar upgrade for a more neutral steering.. Mmmm sweet! The handling feels tighter but i haven't thrown Delilah around to see what happens yet.. My original plan was one car mod a year.. i'm running out of what to mod.. new exhaust? maybe.. supercharge? heh $$! I don't wany any bodywork.. nor rims (well maybe..) i have a year to figure it out.. maybe a front upper strut bar.. yea.. cheap n good thats my motto..

Off to pick up house things.. The owners (err ex-owners) are pretty cool, they've got all the instruction manuals in a folder and left it for us! So they're staying till at least the end of april.. them silly tenants..

Roxanne n i went to bed bath n beyond.. i saw some stuff that peaked my interest. But when we stepped into the store all of a sudden it had another feel.. well nothings different about the store.. it's just that since we own a home now, all of a sudden some things in the store seem like things we might need.. doh more $$!!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 1 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 44min!

yesterday roxanne and i went to this little seafood dinner place and wow i haven't had seafood like this in a while! It's called the Hyde Street Seafood House (Original name eh?) and it's a pretty good spot. Good atmosphere, excellent food, and you can watch the cable cars go back n forth.. Ding, Ding! It's ToAsTy Approved! =)
Afterwards we went to borders and it was teacher weekend.. all teachers get a discount, i didn't get anything i just read up on how to refinish hardwood floors.. I've figured it out, borders is a library.. With all the people there sitting everywhere just reading, but no buying.. just put the book back in the general area and ok bibi..

Another dream last night.. it's getting more n more strange.. i dreamt that the world is like a football field.. except i wasn't on a field just the streets of frisco.. and the only thing i remembered was that if i'm still inbounds, i'm ok..

Work i didn't do jack.. except that now i'm looking for Area rugs, cable + internet packages (Dsl, Cable) and outdoor furniture.. whats going on??? heh

NapTime During Lunch: 34min

i dunno why but in the weekends the gateboy is posted for the whole 8 hrs.. while on the weekdays it's 4 hours of gateboy action and then 4hrs of office work.. in the weekends them 8 hrs are ETERNITY!
Today is sponsored by: Another example of a waste of a life.. One of my clients barely turned 20 years old is facing the 3rd strike.. 25 years to life.. isn't that beautiful.. i never did ask what did he think of that but looking at his attitude he seems jolly..

NapTime During Lunch: 21min AND Fixed a flat tire!!

Took the Gary Fisher to work and fricking got a flat tire in the process! weak!! i repaired it at work and a wedge of glass was stuck in the tire.. Afterwards it rained while going home.. weeee!! But holy smokes today was one of them wierdo days.. i've never had an annoying client asking for 'emotional nurturing..' you want wha??

oh ya the house thing.. whelp, escrow closes tommorrow.. mwahahha.. it's green light for us!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 4 out of 10 (only 'cuz coming back from vacation SUCKS!)
NapTime During Lunch: 23min

ugh i did not want to be at work today.. i got drafted for an hour.. oh well.. but i asked a few coworkers in the locker room.. 'has anything changed in a week..' and they tell me no.. after 2 hours working they tell me about all this stuff changed.. ookay.. thank you very much.. Then it was off to da lovely hospital.. wee!

i snapped the rear deraileur cable on the AIM.. weak! and i have no replacements??? all i have are brake cables.. what??! it's good to have another bike.. heh.. Gary Fisher Time..

Tuesday, March 23, 2004

oi, another dream.. I was dreaming that roxanne and i were at a wine cellar type place with the oak barrels all lined up n what not and in each line had a different bunch of people.. Well i'm guessing they represented the different mafias of the world.. So i turn to Roxanne and ask 'hey, you know those guys?' and she answers yep, all but the japanese yakuza..

wassup with this dream?

Put away the Snowboarding Helmet and Gloves and put on the Moto Helmet and moto gloves.. ahh yea time to ride..

Saturday, March 20, 2004

Type of Snow: SemiSlushie.. okay though
007 Action?: Sorta not really, it's a pretty open place..
Weather condition: Sunburning hot!
Gear Used: T-Shirt, n pants
Road condition: Clear, Smooth Sailing..

Got Spoon??
Kirkwood kirkwood.. it's a nice place, it's got a bit of everything.. i think it's a good family place as long as you have walkie-talkies.. Walkie talkies own! The left side is a nice bowl that you could float on.. the middle section is this gigantor mountain and it's peak is all moguls.. and the right section is the peace n quite learn to ride section. We got there for a half day.. i was dying, by this time all them muscles that were never there.. well they're there now.. For a saturday it wasn't that busy.. At the end of the day we learned the dynamics of the halfpipe by riding on this natural valley.. if i had more energy and less soreness i'd master it better, but dong had his way with it.. Ride on!

Afterwards a nice Turkey Toastada from Dos Coyotes in Davis and back on home! Oh ya we did pass by Vickies favorite McDonalds East of Placerville.. We weren't all that hungry for a sundae though.. heh heh..

Friday, March 19, 2004

Type of Snow: Can you say.. Ice Capades?
007 Action?: We had to in order to survive the moguls..
Weather condition: Blue Skys as far as you can see! Decent temps..
Gear Used: Long Sleeves n what not.. Backpack too..
Road condition: It's about 8 blocks away from the hotel..
Current Gambling Amount: $-80(SuperWeak!)

Wandering off to heavenly.. I dunno about this place.. maybe it's 'cuz it's springtime and in the early morning the snow is really ice.. and then later on turns to slush but it wasn't so heavenly.. Most the black runs were all mogully delicious.. How are you to ride in a line if it's all bumped up to crap! Our first long run was just that.. LONG.. it wasn't long as in 3 miles long.. it was long 'cuz 1) Moguls of death.. and 2) icey treats for everybody!! It was ear piercing scraping of the board down the whole hill.. after a run like that it drains the bejesus outta you.. And of course 1st impressions do take effect.. The view is quite stunning.. i don't know why i don't go to tahoe more often.. but it's probably because of the small highway to get to tahoe.. It is quite a purdy place though.. Heavenly woulda sucked 'cuz the first terrain park we went to was icy and was them jumps that pointed downhill.. the second park was one of them snowboarding-video-fly-though-the-air-forever type jumps.. and it wasn't till i was getting sick of the place at around 2pm that we found this super small terrain park that was the most fun.. heck we stayed there for almost 2 hours jumping around.. i dunno if it was powdery heavenly would be lovely.. but right now, that ice capade action doesn't work for me..

So sherwin.. sorry.. no go on the 10$ on black.. =(

Next stop.. Kirkwood.. i dunno if i could go at it much.. i'm pretty much beaten up n burnt n what not..

Thursday, March 18, 2004

Type of Snow: Groomed Packed snow.. Semi-Slushie.. okay though.. Slightly icy..
007 Action?: Very Plenty..
Weather condition: Partly Cloudy, Calm winds.. with some gusts at the afternoon..
Gear Used: T-Shirt n pants
Road condition: Clear, Smooth Sailing..
Current Gambling Amount: $-80 (bah!)

Ahhh yea, chilling at homewood.. the only way i can describe this place is that it's like my future home.. It's smaller compared to all the other places, but the view is superb! You could see the lake and what not.. We're snowboarding on everyside of the lake.. it's super cool! Got some ok video. At homewood theres this section called HobbitLand.. Hobbitland is just a whole section where it's off trail.. The hard part is getting to it.. we were too lazy to go uphill to get to it.. I wanted to meet Bilbo and Frodo Baggins!!!

Afterwards we went outlet shopping and i got some a pair of outdoor trail shoes.. made by Solomon!

Next spot is Heavenly.. just by looking at the map it's crazy! it's more of a multiday kinda place to be.. but at 62$ wooo!!

Wednesday, March 17, 2004

Type of Snow: Semi-Slushie.. okay though.. Slightly icy..
007 Action?: Very Plenty..
Weather condition: Blue Skys as far as you can see! SuperSunny and hot
Gear Used: T-Shirt, pants and backpack.. Eventually the backpack went away after lunch..
Road condition: Clear, Smooth Sailing..
Current Gambling Amount: $-20

Another Dream!!#!$! All i remember from this one was that i was making a biological cell.. And all i remember is something about nucleotides.. And then 2) that the actual making of a biological cell isn't as hard as it seems.. Like i'm the MicroCellularBiologist to know..

Woohoo! 1st stop, Northstar At Tahoe.. The last 2 times i was at Northstar and it was that hardpacked snow with 1/2" fluff.. But this time it was slushie yet ok.. There were some moments where the snow slowed you down or when you went inbetween the trees that the snow was hard until you go over it.. It was cool.. Capt. D and i went all over that place.. We had two fears and none of it happened.. 1) the first run, Dong ate it hard last week and jacked himself for the rest of the week.. and 2) last year I had SARS outta nowhere.. Well looking at the news it seems that we were up here almost exactly one year ago.. since it was almost exactly when the war started..

Therefore we would like to make this a yearly tradition.. But we don't know what to call it.. The war ride.. The war meeting.. and my personal favorite, the Annual Board of Directors War Meeting.. heh..

Caesars Palace ate my 20$.. and i hate it when they switch on me.. At the roulette table it was .50cent chips.. then halfway through it went to 1$ chips.. And i won right at the change, so i didn't know if i was going on .50's or 1$'s!!!

Happy St. Pattys day again! i just had a Guiness! waaahoo! No green beer though.. =(

Tommorrow we're thinking of going to Homewood Resort..

Tuesday, March 16, 2004

I had another dream! I had people in the house again, but this time i knew them all.. well i didn't know them know them, but they were people who shoot, so they were ok.. People made my house into a range or something, everybody shooting everywhere for some reason.. and i went to my car to get something and there was 2 ferrets about 8-10weeks old in there! it was like Anya spawned 2 fuzzies and hid them until they got older.. or until i found them.. How strange is this? especially after i met up with bri..

Capt. D and I met up at good ol' Lo'well hi` skool.. ahh yea it was just like back in the days.. I think at the ROTC dept. their motto is now 'Computers, not guns..' or something to that effect.. But there was one old tradition still going.. People playing Magic.. I knew i shoulda brought my decks! haha.. Major Mucelli is doing fine.. he's a 'temp' or 'substitute' yea right, he's there.. stuck.. He wants the two of us to start up shooting 3-position small bore again on thursday nights.. i might.. oi.. shoot shoot shoot!

Gave back some of Bri's soul back for some cash.. dankedanke.. But one of his fuzzies passed away.. =( Maybe that was the dream that i had? the two playing around in my car? i dunno, just speculating.. But there wasn't lush green grassy rolling hills and Enya music though.. Poor Sonya..

Rotated my tires.. and to reward myself i had a FAT can of Ice cold coke.. ahh yea.. We don't have much of that in the house, i have my 'emergency' stash that i use a bit at a time.. softdrinks are $$$ these days! AND it's crazy carb content sucks! but once in a while a big mug of ice cold coke.. especially on these hot days.. ahh yea..

Gotta pack up for the board meeting.. it's gonna be blazing hot! i never did try to board with shorts and a t-shirt.. i dunno.. should i...? i got the cocoa packed but with this weather.. more ice cold coke might sound better! heh.. i dunno if i'm gonna be posting while away.. maybe.. maybe not.. if not, then i'll put down some money for you Sherwin.. Happy Birthday!

Monday, March 15, 2004

It wasn't that bad.. All the signing.. The hardest part was trying to figure out how to sign my middle name since it's practically never been done! And they want the WHOLE name, i'm just glad i don't have one of them Thai names with 25+ characters each!! Speaking of which, i wanted to eat at this Thai place in half moon bay, but it was closed. So i went to the closest restaurant which was an italian joint, but it's main thing (so it seemed was pizzas).. yea, right. It was the best 16$ lunch i've had, but i haven't had many 16$ lunches except in LA! Mmmm can you say Roasted garlic shrimp and scallop Panini with an Arugela tomato vinegarette salad?
After selling my soul at the title closing, off to the homeowners insurance.. money here.. money there.. money everywhere!
it's almost over, the last thing is to draft up a little renters dealio since i'm gonna be a slumlord for 1-2months.. mwahaha.. gimmie yo money!
Got some flowers.. made some more crepes.. Mmmm..crepes..

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 2 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 38min

Happy St. Patty's day!

Whelp no more new dreams as for now.. Work was busy but not.. I could tell stories but this one isn't classed as either: wierd, or funny.. it's more like nasty / gross..
Yesterday Roxanne and i went to the loan peoples to check the title packet.. It pretty much has all the documents and what not. It's like jillions of pages and each one either needs an initial or a signature or both.. Instant Carpel Tunnel?

Getting ready for my vacation.. it's gonna be shortened from the 17th to the 20th.. in the process of telling some of my coworkers about my vacation i got 2 pairs of tickets to heavenly and northstar! woowoo!.. I wonder if i should gamble some.. Maybe, if it was like that one time with bert at vegas.. 10$ keno, 2-numbers.. = 110$ for me!

uh oh! i finally reached my filesize quota of my pacbell account.. ima gonna hafta take some of the older pics out and redisign.. well whenever i'm updating the thing.. my next update is probably gonna be about how-to reload..

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 1 out of 10 (I used physics at work!)
NapTime During Lunch: 42min

Work was blah.. my coworkers couldn't figure out the problem of the freight doors closing on its own.. Well being a Glass connoisseur, i noticed that somewhere in the week the plate glass window was changed. It was changed to a thicker (thus heavier) glass.. By just guessing, i thought of the counterbalancing is unbalanced due to the weight of the glass and the door is more heavy than the counterweight.. Oooo. supercool huh??

Whelp another dream emerged and this one is a freaky one! It's like this whole week someone reprogrammed the code.. [dreamsenabled=1(true)] or something..
I dreamt that i was walking around my old house and i noticed a side door to the home was ajar. So i closed it and went downstairs. Then out of nowhere i start seeing people kinda playing hide and seek.. But these people were complete strangers.. after a while the whole house is packed with strangers! i start to ask who they were and one random person would answer but i wouldn't have an idea who they were. So i'd ask for ID cards, but i couldn't read or see what they were.. then i woke up.. what in the world is going on?? After this i couldn't sleep much, i had to use the moto instead of the bike to work.. it was a very wierd night..

So onwards with the house.. It's been a few weeks and we were told to 'wait and hang on'.. to what i don't know, since we weren't told whats next on the homeownership road.. All of a sudden (bangbangbang?) meetings with these people, that people, gotta go here, there.. What the heck? Tonight Roxanne and i are meeting with the Loan officer, we got a copy of the title company's paperwork and it's a STACK! Many a tree were killed to produce this document.. and it's the COPY.. So we're gonna go though the documents to see if theres anything secret squirrel or queer about it.. Funfunfun!!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 3 out of 10 (When everybody does their part, work is all easy!)
NapTime During Lunch: 39min

Whelp, there goes another.. I still can't imagine how you could live knowing that you've been found guilty and that your sentence is from 56years to Life.. But thats whatcha get.. Do the crime.. n do the time...

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 6 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 35min

oi, lately i've been having many dreams that have a 'creating' in it.. I don't remember this one but i was making something..
Work was busy, today was totally rated: 'too many chiefs, not enough indians' day.. i told my supervisor.. and what did he say.. 'i'm a chief..' gee thanks..

(added 8:10pm)uh oh! i just found this .. After 16 years of toting my swiss army.. i wonder if one with 128mb would be cool.. hah! imagine all the lint stuck in the usb! heh..

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 4 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 36min

I had a dream about making peanut butter.. and theres two things i remembered from the dream.. 1) i was mixing the peanut butter in a jar.. and 2) true fresh peanut butter, if it sits, has a layer of oil on top.

what does this mean?

in other news.. a new addition to ToAsTy's approved.. it's always been here but i've never remembered to add it.. it's called the North American Pacific High Pressure System.. Mmmm.. me like.. me like very much..
Also i'm gonna go knock down the Matrix theory stuff, there aren't anymore going on.. sad.. very sad.. i liked the last one i read, it theorizes that the Architect was not trying to make a utopia by his ways, but by choice through humans.. But the problem is choice.. Well the architect finally found out that 'the one' is really 'the one who disobeys'. The architect purposely told Neo to choose the door by telling him it'll be the end if he chose that door. And what did he do? He chose that door.. Tweaky!!

Tuesday, March 09, 2004

Weeee..

So after 75k miles on Delilah i find out something nifty.. Theres 2 Oil Drain plugs.. and i've been only using one, which is always the wrong one.. well not exactly.. Silly German Cars! If only the Oil Pan wasn't undistinguishable, i woulda seen it, but everythings a lovely gray color what do you expect? Even the service manuals don't have the pic of it. it just tells you to do it. oh well, this is the 1st time i've deviated from the usual Mobil 1 Synthetic oil and am currently using Castrol Syntec Synthetic oil.. whats the diff? dunno, time to find out. Gotta get delilah all readied up for next week.. The grand board meet of '04.. woowoo!

I wonder what else is there that'll amaze me, that silly german thing.. =)

oh ya, made 100 more .40's in 1.145" and 1.140".. And took pics while i was doing it. Seeing if i can do a webpage of 'how-to reload'..

Monday, March 08, 2004

Finally i cleaned up Delilah and all my weps.. Delilah had that whole Rally car mud-everywhere look. The Rear window was completely covered with mud. Mud spray was up to the windows! wee! it wasn't as bad as the other time but everytime i do this i wonder if i really do need AWD.. heh..

i wonder if i should load up for these 3-gun matches.. It doesn't really require accurate bullets. hmmz it might not be worth it in the rifle aspects. But for pistol it works.. i need a chronometer to figure out my 'power factor' of the bullets i'm producing. i made a box in 1.163", 1.155", 1.150".. they all function on my HK, but haven't tried the 1.150" on the others yet. They all function but lack the power to lock the slide on the last round. I might need to up my powder .1 grain or .2.. i can go two ways about it. Increase the powder or shrink the bullet. It's a function of pressure and length. i have .03" to play with.. 1.12" i think is the 'normal' size of a .40s&w.. gotta look it up on the books.. the 9mm had 120+ years of experiementation.. the .40 only about 10.. i find it funny that i'm part of the experimentation process.. Reloading is a neverending science project.. i think shooting is definatly gonna be a hobby that'll stick with me through the years. All i want is the lowest performing projectile that'll fully function ALL my stock .40 pistols.. Is that a hard thing to ask?

Sunday, March 07, 2004

Ahh man no High-Power Rifle this month.. =(

instead my dasterdly coworkers changed up on me and dragged me into my first 3-gun match.. Except it used 2.. So my 1st try at real running and gunning. The first 3-gun matches were done old west style; Revolver, Shotgun, and Lever Action. Well this one was Pistol, Shotgun and Carbine Rifle. Everybodys carbine of choice is the 16" AR-15. That means i've gotta get mine back from Roz if i ever see him. Dong came and did it as well.
It was fun and i got my sprint on, but it was splish-splash action. Wet n muddy, kinda like one of those Tide Commercials where the kids are rolling around the grass n what not.. 'Grass Stains? No problem! Mud Stains? Easily taken care of!' My Slacks were all jacked! oh well. I had fun, i might do those more often but i would still like to get my high power matches going.. I need more time! Work screws it up for everything!

oh ya, Dong has a blog, also he's just joined the ranks of the laptop whorez, with a dell 8600 kitted out.. can you say $$?

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 2.5 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: Was giving it up..

yep, thats right, i was giving it up.. Donating Blood! I haven't done so in about 13months so heck why not. I have this theory of me that if i don't donate within a certain time, i get these nosebleeds out of nowhere. It's like i'm overflowing with blood. I always hear of blood banks not having enough supplies n what not. They should have it where everytime you donate, it can be a tax deduction. I betcha people would come, every little tax advantage counts! Oh well but what am i, but a lowly busy bee in a hive of madness.
Obviously, people won't donate 'cuz it's giving something for nothing. It's the 'it-won't-affect-me-'cuz-it-doesn't-involve-me' mentality. Well when your in trauma room #1 and they need blood, they certainly ain't gonna get it from u!
The best part is afterwards, they give you this thing about what to do after giving up the red stuff. And one of the things it states is : 'Don't Do Strenuous Exercise.' Sweet.. I have an excuse to slack off.. like it's that hard of a job anyways.. mwahahha!

Numb.. Very numb..

Whoa.. this was the first time in which i've went through work not thinking of anything. It was all a blur. *Ponder* I don't think i took any controlled substances. All i knew was, it began, all of a sudden it's noon.. and then i'm home. HowDooYooDooDat? *shrug* dunno..

Tuesday, March 02, 2004

Type of Snow: Ultra Virgin Fluffie Powder 4"+ deep
Weather condition: Very thick fog + Super high Winds.
Gear Used: Extreme Conditions, Everything i had!
Road condition: Easy flowing, except my car now has that rally mud look. Not as bad as last time!

Awww yea! Board Meeting!

Dong and I head off to Sugarbowl and ride some rides. Just by getting there, you could see the looming fog. And yep, it stayed the whole day. Once i saw the darkness of the fog i knew All the gear was needed. Base layer, Scarf, Both layers in the jacket, even the ninja looking mask to protect the nose / mouth / chin area. i didn't hafta don that stuff on until reaching the top of the top of Sugar Bowl. At the top it was sooo windy and foggy, that when we went down the run we didn't know if we were moving, or if we were just stuck and snow was just blowing upwards. It got very tiring after we did some runs inbetween some cliffs. Can u say Double Black Diamond? I wouldn't say it was, it had so much powder that it was pretty easy to do. Well easy to do but knocked the crap out of me. But when on the extra virgin powder sections, it felt like floating, especially with the wind and everything it feels like your going nowhere, yet you are, but on feather pillows or something.. Tis' Bliss..
All i gotta say is at the end, when your all changing back to normal clothes. And thanks to Mr. n Mrs. Seliger, using my new yet, old coleman camping stove. Heated a pot of hot chocolate with a douse of never-used-till-now Godiva Liqour.. Ahh yea, it warms the soul, and yummie choco-goodness!

Evan Meditated and Destroyed the showerhead!
the head separated from the hose, and so off to Lowes we go.. We wanted a super-ultracool-mega-multifunction dealio. And we find this one for like 36$.. After installing it. The head is too big, it's pointed all wierd and oi! i knew i shoulda gotten one of them rainfall style things..
