Goodness it's saturday already???

Where has all the time gone to?
Well work has been ok, not much drama. But everythings moved in, now it's sorting time and uh, anybody got spare closets (plural!) I ghetto rigged the center channel on the system with a few boxes. Now movies sound REAL good!

today i had to 'do what you gotta do' as my supervisors say and headed off to a pistol match. I did ok, it was different from the one i shot oh a few years back. But these bullets i made doesn't like the USP, it veers to the left.. like left left.. not i'm shooting wrong left.. ai, one day the dream bullet recipe will come.. one bullet length works for one gun, and another for the other.. so the question becomes. what should i focus on..

oh ya speaking of gotta go what i gotta do.. i also picked up my glasses from Optical4Less.com.. these things are cool! it was a semi sunny day and i was outside them transitions started going.. i just need a bright sunny day to see what'll happen.. i guess i now have new everyday glasses! (watch they break the next day.. doh!) But in the webpage on the bendable glasses section theres model: MB001 and the description says: "A present for your naughty daughter." When you go into the detailed description it says "Best present for your naughty little girl ." hmmz i dunno about ordering from this place anymore.. I still give it a ToAsTy Approved! though

Said goodbuy to Cookieboy.. He's gonna be missed but he deserves a better job than handing cookies out.. He's being shifted out due to budget crap.. And people were telling me, 'yea if you vote to move us into the public safety category you'll get a raise!' Ahuh.. another tall tale, urban legend, and myth..

Me and Capt'n D hung out with Baconboy on friday.. He's stopping by just to visit and us vultures got wind of his ingress to Frisco. Now you may wonder whos BaconBoy? Well storytelling time...

Once upon a time, way yonder back when we were all in High School. We had an air rifle match at the University of Reno which also meant roadtrip! Anyways it was Me, BaconBoy, HeSheWanger, ArcheryGirl and some others running around circus circus having fun n what not. Well the next day is the match day. And our rifle coach Maj. took us all to the wonderful breakfast buffet at Circus Circus.. What better place to feed growing youngins with cheap mass produced foods.. (1st time i had crunchy eggs..) Well you know how buffets go. You get a bunch of stuff on the 1st run.. eat it, and on the 2nd+ runs you get what you like.. Well BaconBoy had his first plate, and when he went for the 2nd.. nothing but oh, 60 pieces of bacon. Oh ya let me describe you this beast.. He was oh 5' 2" 110lb skinny dood on crack.
Anyways Too bad i made too many jokes about sweating crisco and that he's trying to cheat for the rifle match.. Well guess what.. he won that one.. and i blame it on the crisco..

Ahhh yea the good old days.. Now he doesn't dive into the bacon, he drinks like fish. I guess everybodys gotta change hobbies sooner or later eh?

Taking on the closet of doom!!!

Well we're 65% done battling the closet of doom.. it seems that the house has some room left to handle it with it's 2 other bedroom's closets. Goodness! Tommorrow should be the last trip, after that it's all about cleaning up..
i would like to thank the parents of da fluffielady.. They helped out with everything! Moving, Fixing things.. and now they've bought us a bed! Soo kind these people are, i am the lucky one..

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 1 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 36min.

man, i skipped a few days.. but then i've been to busy to even get to blogging! oh no!

Friday hung out with the crew for matty's berfday. Ate some buffet action.. ehh it was ok, but everybody got a kick out of the fruit punch from concentrate.. in which it was just concentrate.. I didn't really get to see Matty sloshed, but then i haven't seen him ever..

Saturday, went to the gilroy garlic festival.. Some arts n crafts, live music but mainly food.. You could get a home loan at the Bank of America Stand and go online with the SBC truck! it's like wha??? But garlic jelly bellies are cool. Soft serve garlic ice cream isn't as good as the normal stuff. I got my bag of garlic kettle popcorn.. Mmmm, garlic.. *chomp**chomp* Came out with that ultra seductive breath.. then had enough time to float to the outlets! it's the end of the season sale! We only went to the Gap and Nike outlets. There is a Bombay Company Outlet with discounted stuff, which makes it still sorta higher-than-average price..

Today cleaned up the house a bit, moved things around. It's starting to look like a home! ACk!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 2 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: none, was at the hospital..

today i learned that theres two kinds of fog.. Dry and Wet.. and it's kinda cool! The dry fog is like nothing, it just feels like wind blowing through your hair.. The wet kind feels damp and starts dewing up in your hair.. Thats the difference!

workwork, bloody work.. .75hrs of OT.. Oooo, silly nurses. I had this seizure guy whom when we were brought there he just laid there in the bed. A Blood test was done and 4hrs later they figured that all he needed was some dilantin.. Mmmm so they do that and say that he can go.. So i try to get him dressed and halfway he goes into a seizure.. I've seen a many seizure but this dood was one who ground his teeth.. that's super nasty! I thought he faked it, but he had that postectal look.. That i'm in the zone look. Like he wants to tell you something but he can't or doesn't know what.. Like psudo-mute mode.. So as he siezed, i got the nurse and he wasn't spazzing all over the place just grinding his teeth.. Anyways i ask again if he was ok to leave, for we all thought it was faked. One nurse says no, they're gonna reinsert the IV and put other anti-seizure meds.. Ok.. He does that and says to me.. 'the IV will empty soon and the next nurse will come and take off the IV and off you go..' this was at 1:40pm. i guess he went to lunch.. at 1:45 it's empty, so i try to get one of the 9 nurses/doctors/whoever(they all wear the same color clothing) roaming and one of the nurses who was with this guy tells me, that he's gotta ask the doctor if it's ok, and leaves.. Well by the time it's 3pm, the nurse with the original instructions came back and realized that nobody removed it, finally does it, and off we go, back to the 6th floor..
The moral of the story.. it's all about the hurry up n wait...

Anyways whenever i get held over, i usually have an apointment with something.. This time it's with the priest, and we do the personality test.. funfunfun! 156 questions! oi! We check out the hall, see what gear they have. Come to find out that they are retiling the kitchen.. sweet.. Went to the parents house, talked a bit about the weddings n to see whats needed and what not. And i guess on my parents side we're good to go.. they got suits n dresses n all that.. geez!

oh ya, speaking of wet fog.. i guess it's sooo wet, it's been bleeding my flag. It's starting to turn the flag pink at the edge! but hey you know... pink flags.. san francisco... it's all good..

Finally i got a haircut!! which meant that finally i had *some* time to roam, but it wasn't much.. Got the back cracked, ordered the invitations *doodoo*, and checked out other assorted wedding related accessories.. bah! this work crap is always getting in the way!
Also picked up uncle Lau's speakerstands, and put the side speakers just to see what it'd look.. Man! these things are HUGE.. maybe i shoulda got a smaller set of speakers.. i guess when their bookshelf speakers it's actually bookshelf size.. Now i have 4.1.. all i need is the center.. just need that shelf built, then it's all good!

Moving part 3..

got most of fluffielady's stuff except for her closet of doom.. it's a walk in closet in which you can't walk in.. well you can't step in.. But we moved a bit then headed to hillsdale at the Organized Living and got a computer desk.. and my touch of destructiveness kills a chair in the store.. i just tried to roll it around!!!
Well thanks to the parents for all the help, i hope they have enough sleep for work n what not!

As for the moto wheel. 15$ got the plug for the puppy, after 6000miles i think i'm gonna exchange it for the older set that the previous owner got for fun.. MotoMoto!!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 2 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 25min..

So the great exodus begins.. actually it's day 2 of the great move.. Fluffielady's Parents came bearing gifts of furniture to shower our house full of goodies. The master bedroom actually has a hutch and a nightstand now!!! Oooo and the dinner table is here!
Made some Korean BBQ for the familia.. I haven't had the $3.99/lb in.. oh.. 5 weeks?? scary!

Nastiness has occurred, for Fluffielady's dad found a nail in my tire on the moto.. I knew something was up when i rode back home from work and the rear felt 'drifty' again.. It's good to know when it's going flat from so many previous experiences on the bicycle.. So i wonder if it can be patched or if i'm gonna need a new tire.. Hmmz, moto tires have evolved a bit..
Tommorrow it's off to see my peoples at die werkstatt! Hopefully they will be able to fix it in a timely mannner and not like the month and a half it took to seriously tune it. Silly tuners..

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 7 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: oh.. 17min?

After 150$ to modify my modified car. and 70$ later, Little delilah passed her test-only smog. Silly smog test scam! One of the tests involve checking out the computer of the car (the OBD II) but in my case. VW's '96 and up with aftermarket stereo's may have whacky wiring.. Well i've got to fix it to retest it. So it passes.. but the people who rewired the harness to the stereo forgot to hookup the remote wire for the amp to run my rear and subwoofer! silly them! Fixed that.

Hung out at RangerBoB's place, he's in a cruise to Ensenada to see the great buffadora (blowhole).. Oooo, so someones gotta take care of the cat which fetches. Today shes quite meowy! *meow!*
Later, painted some more to touch up some spots.. Watched some Band of Brothers borrowed from RangerBoB.. hey! i do need some payment.. heh..

We're now registered with Bed Bath n Beyond.. running around with the laser gun.. *zap**zap**zap!* trying to figure out what to zap.. Roxanne wants to register at other places, but i dun think we need much stuff..

*Yawn* good morning..

Fatwallet sucks majorly! soo many deals!! soo little time! i heard about this one Eyeglass manufacturer in Hong Kong Optical4less.com and they have eyeglasses on the cheap. I just ordered my glasses and it came to $106 with shipping and it's got transition lenses (you happy now 10-8boy?).. Let's see how they come out to be when i get them in 2 weeks..

later today i will try to find a test only smog station which is the weakest thing in the world!
Last night roxanne and i went to paint the floor trim and to battle it out with the painters tape.. The lesson of yesterday is.. when done painting please take off the painters tape, or bad things will happen!
So today i get to FINALLY put back all the furniture.. and yes i'll take a pic or two..

Finally back to normal life!!

Went to the eye doctor and something wierd happened.. my eyeglass perscription got lowered! i used to be a -1.25 and -1.50 but now i'm -.75 and -1.25.. woohoo!

Fluffielady and i went n got our backs cracked and afterwards we roamed good old hippieville, berkeley.. We had a box of clothes that her kiddies left behind so we tried to sell it at The Buffalo Exchange and the Crossroads trading co. Both resulted in nothing sold. They had quite high expectations, one girl actually said that the stuff they are looking for is in excellent condition and things that you would see in the stores.. So you want almost new clothes??? ahuh..
anywho we ate at this one place in berkeley called Unicorn. It was quite yummy, they have 15 different fusion teas! I highly recommend the tomato flavored garlic noodles and the chicken with spicy mango sauce.. MMmmm

The motto of the weekend is: Man that sucked weaksauce!!!

ok, so i understand that if you had an arranged marriage or you went to some online matchmaker.com thing this would help you, but we were forced to do this engaged couple retreat called.. Engaged Encounter and it's one of those things where you think it's like out in the forest where you frolic around, make things, hike around.. but no, either funding or there was no availability so what happens? We're forced to be in a hotel ballroom for 3days. Their format is a bunch of chapters on certain aspects of married life, like how to resolve things, culture differences, blahblah.. So they talk for 30-45 minutes, then we answer these questions and then we share them with our significant others then rinse and repeat.. I call it being either a hostage in a hotel or being in an airplane because (1)the seats aren't comfortable, (2)we both started to feel queezy as if we were on one of them international flights, (3)you couldn't go anywhere , (4) if you do they do the typical guilt thing.. for example, when we got to our rooms (we were separated) there was a sign on the TV saying that you shouldn't use the TV, or cell phone 'cuz it's a 'retreat' and it should feel like one. Yea right.. *Click* on goes the TV.. then on the second day we had a 2-hour break in which the speakers were like, ok you guys can swim, walk around, nap.. but don't go to places like home depot, which was right next to the hotel.. yea right, went twice already.. We were giggling and then told them that we went.. and what do they say? go to the priest and confess.. Confess to what?! we went to home depot??
Now some people find it enjoyable but didn't learn anything. We both agreed that it was a waste of time and we didn't learn anything new of each other. At least we both agreed that it sucked weaksauce! At the last day people were on their last straw. People didn't want to answer nada, but it was supposed to be the most meaningful or whatever. There was one chapter in which you're supposed to write this long essay about love and why your the one.. Well fluffielady wrote that she's going crazy and wants out.. and i wrote trying to figure out bullet spiral and dynamics of velocity, optimal spin and how to that out (like i can)..
Don't get me wrong, the speakers were nice, and the priest is a jolly funny drinking-after-hours irish guy. But to spend all that money, we coulda went to Dr. Wilkinson's Hot Springs Retreat in calistoga.

So my suggestion is if you've known your other for more than a few years, most of the what-if questions shoulda been talked about already.. Then you wouldn't need this, but some churchs require you to go, or they do the 'either you do one weekend, or you visit me 3 times each lasting 7hours..' type deal..
We've figured the thing out.. if you could last 3 days stuck together with no way out n what not.. Then you're ready for marriage..

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 2 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 40min

Back to work again.. You know you lived the grand life when you can 1) Bring used Coupons to Long John Silvers and eat grandly for under 6$.. and 2) Everybody can own furniture, not have to pay for the 1st 6 months and then not have to pay interest until july 2007!!!! What in the world is going on over there?? I'd go to bakersfield just go buy the used furitnure 'cuz everybodys got new furniture.. But then i'll need a truck which i betcha they have many of also! Ahhh i'm getting loopy. Finally i get to rest at home and lo-and-behold i hooked up just two of my speakers and is the sound such a beautiful thing.. It's called Aural Pleasure.. Roxanne said that the speakers sound too 'crisp' and that the treble is too sharp.. But thats what it's all about it's sooo crisp and clear that the only way i can describe it is.. Beautiful..

Also Roxannes started her painting project of the living room.. It's coming out good looking.. me likes mucho.. Classic toupe.. thats what they call it eh? All i can say is that thanks to Fatwallet and finding the Home Depot 10$ Mail-in-rebate per gallon deal on Behr Premium.. Mmmm

Happy Post 4th of july!!

Roxanne and i ventured back to her hometown of Bakersfield and we lit off an array of fireworks.. the good old days came back to me when you know that if you light one firework it's ok.. But if you link them in groups and hopefully they ALL setoff.. thats a work of art. Just like back in the days with Roz and our stash of triple bottle rockets or quadruple firecracker packs.. I wonder if he still has a bunch of them..

So today we roamed in search for great items for the little things involved in a wedding. And it's scary to me but all them $1 stores have a bridal section.. yep, they even have 1$ garter to toss. Can you say you say shopping!!!

NapTime During Lunch: 32min

Slowly, i'm building the ultimate home audio system. I've got the Harmon Kardon Receiver, the paradigm speaker set, and now i was superclose to buying an audio rack for full price, but i found one dood selling it in Craigslist for 1/2 the price.. He's upgrading to another Audio Rack.. But man Audiophile stuff is $$!! But at least it'll last a LONG time.. I still don't get why 400$ Speaker Cables is 400$.. other than the whole process, labor, construction of it.. i'll stay with my 1$ / ft stuff.. it's still good stuff too! Cables from Canare and Belden.. When it's finally setup.. i think i'm gonna play Saving Private Ryan, and live it..

Work is work.. is it time to retire yet?? *LooksAtWatch..* ugh!
