Level Of Difficulty at Work: 6 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch:31min
Madness! i'm on a rebate spree, i don't remember how many rebates i sent out the past 2 weeks but it's about 8 of them totalling 150$+ Rebates!!! the ultimate scam, the 'follow the directions to a 'T' or you won't get your money' scam. Also if you forget or send it in too late, oh well. But it's some twisted way of getting the product sold at a discounted rate but at full price, so that the retailer gets it's full amount (MSRP) and the state get's their tax.. and then you've gotta do the effort to get your money.. yep.. ya gotta WORK for your money. Why can't they have it where you buy the item at full price, pay the sales tax, and then have it deducted right at the register. It'll be too easy, it wouldn't help out the company whos handing the rebate check. I mean are you gonna use a 37cent stamp on a 1$ rebate? how goofy is that!

Anyways i thought i saw some deals on laptops, on a Dell 8600, a Compaq x1000, or a Dell 600m, but alas, it's still too 'expensive' for my tastes.. I think i've figured it out, those three items that i wanted is exactly what it is.. Want.. Want v. Need. Thats probably why i'm not dying to go buy the sucker, it's something i want and not really need, it'll be nice to have but theres always that thing in the back of my head where i'm gonna destroy this thing, and i can see it happening too.

Work was ok, i'm still wondering what kinda .45 handgun i want, it can't be a 1911-style. And i would perfer it to be one of the 'new-age' guns, where it's metal/polymer, for weight savings. Still thinking of that USP Compact. but 760$!!! ugh
