CompUSA (noted by some as:CrapUSSR) sucks to high hell. I hope they burn! Uh oh! StoryTime!
CompUSA had a 4-day sale from sunday to wednesday. They had this video game that i was interested in, Max Payne II, and it was on their 4-day sale as 49.99-20$instant = 29.99. I don't know why i didn't go buy it immediately, sunday i had work, monday i had millions of things +anya +santa clause action, tuesday i had training, wednesday i went to CompUSA to see if they had it, of course they don't. So i went home and bought it online. I buy it online and i chose the in-store pick-up. It states that i have it on reserve for 72-hours. Ookay, well thursday is xmas, the store is closed. So i go today with the email n what not and they only had one customer service person working for the day after christmas?? common now! Well finally i get to the person and she finds the reservation, gets the game and rings it up. 49.99, i'm like uh, i'm getting it for 29.99, she was like well you had to have bought it then. They had none then.. too bad.. Well you know what, i walked out there shouting this place sucks, this is hella weak, and i hate this place. I'm never gonna shop there ever again, unless it's some madcrazy deal, screw that place. So if i bought it online and had it shipped (+5$) then it woulda been ok, but whats the point of picking it up if you can't get it at that price?
Lesson learned: In-store pick-ups are CRAP!
