Ahhh yea i think i found the God Bullet Recipe for the Para..

yes thats right.. recipies for your bullets!
It makes for good controlable controlled group shots. And at 25 yards hit the spot right on!
My AR even though it was sighted for 200 yards was doing pretty good with the night sight (big aperature). The Day sight (small aperature) hit low but i was aiming at the top of the chest of the target. Which landed a good solid "A" scores. i think i did pretty good. We had a whole bunch of my coworkers come out to play as well. A total of 7 of us. The only thing that sucked was the usual group downfallage. We all wanted to stay together, this made us into this gigantic group that stayed till the end of the event! We were there till 4pm! Normally at Chabot the 3-gun has 12-18 people. Today for some unknown reason there were about 30!
There were 3 stages, from easy close range to 50 yarders. It was all fun till we got to the 50 yarder. Everybody was having feeding problems, some kinda whacky jamming.. man! I brought this junk SS109, the same stuff which made me start reloading, and it jams up on me.. Gladly enough i am in tune with my AR15 and i know when it cycled and when it didn't.. Heck it had several double feeds.. Also the SS109 crap has military crimped primers, which is like sealing the primer into the case almost permanently. Well i had a serious malfunction and had to redo the 50 yard stage. i come to find out that theres a primer preventing my bolt from fully closing! oi! CrapAmmo.. i got put into the last of the last man shooting, everybody was tired, hungry (no lunch), bored, so i just went for it, i sprinted, not ran. I got the fastest time 168 seconds for a 56-rifle round and 32-pistol round course with no misses.. Woot!

i think the ss109's are gonna hang out with my contender or when people wanna pop bullets.. i'll need some junk ammo for these 3-gun events, reloading .223's for this isn't really worth all the trouble. i've found another .40 ammo recipe for service pistols.. most .40 pistols could only handle 1.15" long cartridges. it's only the 1911 framed puppies that you can go long.
Recipies for food.. recipies for bullets.. bon appetite!
