Today i roamed..

I felt like i was on a scavenger hunt of sorts today. I went to Tabor's Shooting supply in San Bruno for lead bullets. And they sold it at a decent price, 34$ for 500 38's and 43$ for 40's. Only problem is they don't have any primers. Nobody has primers, its such a rarity now, that its kinda scary. They did have Winchester Small Pistol which when i started to reload was 11$ a box of 1000, now they're selling for $40!!
So i head to Imbert n Smithers in San Carlos, they didn't have lead or cast bullets but they did have factory jacketed 100 round boxes. Not the same for bulk pistoleers. They did have Remington 7 1/2's, which i thought were extinct! But at $31.50 oi! So i talk some politics, and get a little discount for buying 3 boxes. Since the hot stuff now is California Assembly Bill 2062, where people need to register to buy bullets. And at a limit of 50 rounds a month, and pay ammo tax. What a waste. Well guns are ok to own via supreme court, ammo though is the new target for legislature. Theres a lead ban, and now an ammo limit going into the law books, i shoulda bought more stuff.
Thugs n gangsters rejoice!
In other sad news, the snow season is almost done, even though some places are still open, my past experiences say that its not worth it to flop around in the slush. So remember to loosen your binding bolts till the next season begins!
