Level Of Difficulty at Work: 1 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: none

Hung out with my high school co-worker janice for a day playing video games.. 4hrs of driving fun, and 4hrs of simulated battle action training. I guess it's another company like the FATS machine i'd used before. This one is cheaper but still as good. i'd buy one of these video games if i won the lotto. But i wouldn't know if they'd sell or not to me..
The driving thing was fun, only 2 of our group of 6 weren't motion sick after driving it a bit. it didn't affect me one bit.. Well i trained the night before playing Halo and Rainbow Six 3 so i'm used to the whole scene-moving-but-your-not deal.
it was fun, i'd do it again.

Rainbow Six 3 is kinda cool, more Close-Quarters combat than outdoor distance shooting. I still see some buggy things like 1) your seriously vulunerable when climbing stairs. and 2) putting away and deploying certain items takes a bit too long. What kinda tactical gear do these people use? tupperwear? One day networked rainbow six would be cool. Co-op'd games are a rare breed.

p.s. sweet! you can network the FATS machines together.. that'll be sweet! i wonder if you could do IPSC style situations too.. hmmz

I have solved the mystery of the whacky clocks! Well i just asked someone..

Hung out with Capn't D back from chillin in Hawaii.. We decided to eat around the 24th street area.. a bit trendy but it's where the foods at. Theres this antique clock repair shop on the same street and we walked by and theres this HUGE clock in the front window. The clock had what i called the Jacked Face! Way back when Vicks showed everybody that her ikea clock was screwy, in which the roman numeral '4' should be 'IV' not 'IIII'. We all thought it was some cooky made-in-china error.. We go to the clock shop and this guys clocks all had the 'IIII's.. So i asked and he said that it's been like that since the 1800's. Because the 12 o'clock position, and 8 o'clock position has alot of roman letters and that the 4 o'clock position didn't look right with it's correct 'spelling'. So people changed it for look.. All for LOOKS! i hope these people who set this strange standard die of vanity!

Everybody goes Cookoo for clocks!

Other news, i sifted through my 1300 mp3's to see what to play for the big day. So from music ranging from Soul bassanova to Classical to (old)top40 to rap to techno it's gonna be a fun one.. Any requests? Someone wanted vanilla ice.. but i definatly know that we're playing the humpty dance then!!

Can You get any more cheezier?

Ahhh yea the fog festival had full fledged fog with it! It was a neat streetlong type deal.. It's bigger than the Japantown Blossom Festival (only 'cuz they don't have all these wares dealers) but alot smaller than the Half moon bay Pumpkin festival (they have TOO many wares dealers). But if you want sculptures made from junkyards Pacifica and Half Moon Bay have it! They have the fog jog but i was dissappointed to hear that there is no longer the rustiest car competition.. *boohoo*

We went, we saw, it took us an hour tops. My car wasn't even fully warmed up when i got to it. Well we did expect to see nobody, or not many vendors, but there were alot! Toe Ring anybody?

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 4 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 32min

Weee more dreaming! Today was 2.. One was that i was reading scary spookie stories to my clients. i think that dream meant that i've been working a bit too much.. heh

the second one was me and Capt'n D, we were at some army base or fort and we were looking for something. But the only thing i remembered was that we were in this lighthouse and it had tons of rooms!! Then i woke up..

Work was work, it felt like an air of tiredness is around 'cuz everybody wasn't feeling it today.. is that like another version of group-think? Group-Tiredness?

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 7 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 29min

Dreamtime! I dreamt that i was in this home inspection team at berts houz.. There was a bunch of people looking around and the only thing i remembered was that in one room there was this netting, and the netting held things in place, and you could stand on it. And i was fascinated to the fact that you can go under the netting and it's like a separate floor. As if the netting was solid, yet see-through.. Then i woke up.

Work was busy! From the get-go 7:30am i was involved in a rumble-tumble with this one guy. I still never figured out why he was the way he was. Trying out a new insanity plea? maybe.. i go cookoo for cocoa puffs too!

Woohoo! my desktop is ALiVE Again!!!

Got the Cpu yesterday.. and was wondering about when the ram would arrive and BLAM! it comes.. Silly UPS, i guess living in pacifica means that my delieveries come after 7pm which is WAAAY too late.. anyways it all works.. and it feels like a whole 'nother computer.. Sweet! New cpu, ram, cpu and case fan. I guess since it sounds different it feels different.. kinda like driving someone elses car, motorcycle or bicycle..

anyways i had my first pimp dream. Well it could be construed in that way. But i dreamt that we lived in LA in this duplex type of place. Well fluffielady had to go to work, but she had these 3 friends who were flirty and what not. So she leaves and these 3 girls are all winkywinky until the other unit comes and knocks on the door. It was a black family of 3; Mom, dad, and daughter, and they were complaining of all the noise and they're gonna call the police and what not.. Then i woke up.. what does that dream mean?

Gonna play me some Halo and Battlefield Vietnam! woohoo! time to OWN!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 3 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 37min

This is weak! I'm glad that i haven't had my Kryptonite Evolution 2000 lock in ages. I did own 2 of them but i've lost them during my travels.. Ever since '98 i haven't had a bicycle lock, well i've never needed one. Guess i'm just attached to that 2 wheeled thing. I remember that lock was guarenteed to 2500$ if it was broken into..

After working with the seedy people i've got to know a few bicycle thieves and they told me about their techniques. Their weapon of choice to kill U-locks were these Expanding Carjacks that are compact and worked most of the time. They said that the hardest were the smallest of locks, since they couldn't fit the carjack into the gaps.
Anyways if i ever find my locks at least i wouldn't need any keys.. Got Bic?

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 3 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 42min

Today was sorta an easy day. I had a funeral run which was different than the other one i did, even though i thought this one had a bit more danger in it.. Well Vicks was telling me of the police finding a body near where she walks the doggies. Well i went and brought the brother of the slain fellow to the funeral. From what i heard he was an ex-gangster that got out of the gang lifestyle and was helping out in some community centers and what not. Well yanno the gang motto.. 'blood in.. blood out..'
I heard this guy was a pretty cool fellow. Sucks to hear that though.

I guess i'm getting a sorta new computer.. I chipped the CPU when i was replacing the CPU fan.. WEAK! I'm gonna get a Athlon XP 3000+ Barton chip.. The limit of this board.. Which is ok.. it does work as a 3ghz.. Mmmm speed.. I finally got a RMA from corsair but they told me that the chip wasn't made anymore since it's 2 years old and that they should be returned as a pair. Due to CAS to RAS timing differences. 2-2-2-5 (i think).. to 2-3-3-6. i wonder if thats more stable while still as fast.. hmmz

I found the secret life of one of our snowboarding buddies Elan. She always says that shes off to some foreign country studying monkeys or something, but i've found different!
I was at Costco and found one of these Pad Thai and chicken chow mein pack dealios with her face on them. So Elan.. or Annie, gonna cook for us one day? hehe

Made some bullets.. i've found a recipe for my 'service guns' and one for the para or 1911 style guns. 4.3grains of titegroup @ 1.13" for service guns and 4.6grains @ 1.2" for the para.. Great now i need 2 sets of bullets. Well lets see how it shoots first..

Todays all about the lifetime Warranty's

Ya want fries with that Sauce?

Yep today i FiNALLY have nothing to do today.. So what did i do? Plenty!
I finally found out that my great evil Supergo.com has a new store up here in Mountain View. Evil!! Well since bicycling has now gone to the backburner on my to-do lists, i miss it.. I bought some Fox gloves, spare innertubes and a bottom bracket, which needs a change on the AIM.. Afterwards went to in-n-out.. haven't been there in ages! and yanno them and their secret menu.. Yep that pic up above is Animal Style Fries which ran $2.10. Along with my animal style burger, i sorta felt it.. I've been eating stuff cooked by ourselves so eating fast food was whoa! This was the first time at In-n-out that they give you a fork! I think these fries are meant for like 2 people.. like appitizer to share or something. Caramelized onions, Secret Sauce and Cheese.. oi!

While eating midway i realized that Captn' D was nearby so i swung by and hung out at Nasa.. The Rocket Scientist hiding amongst rocket scientists?! heh..
Went to New Dimensions for the lifetime warranty on their sparkplug wires. Well since i yanked the wires it's not really a warranty issue, but still they hooked me up.. Thats called taking care of ya!

Which came to the opposite.. my blown up corsair memory stick. Since i was down in the south bay i romped over to Corsair. But it was one of those warehouse places which can't help you unless you go through the proper procedures.. Well i did that and got no reply.. so i go to the source.. I have a tendancy to do that.. if the place is nearby i go there so that they can handle these issues. But most of them are these retarded warehouse places that can't handle the occasional human.
I remember my first warranty issue, it was the late 80's so i'm like what.. 12, 13.. And my Sega Master System's RF cable wasn't connecting good. I looked in the back of one of the many Sega manuals and it said that it was located in South San Francisco. So i took the whole Sega box and all and took the bus there (i have no idea how i got there though).. I get there and i remember this secretary had this humongus switchboard in front of her.. They took care of my warranty issue.. Gave me a new RF connector right there.. What ever happened to those days? Where something is guaranteed they should handle it, right there.. People made the effort to get there, they should be taken care of.
Thats what made the difference between one company and another, the human factor..

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 2 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 40min

Whelp the item that i thought i still had for vicks wasn't here.. I thought it was this one blue / red sleeping bag, but alas it was a burgandy one that was her dads..

Work is lala, another week done.. Time flies when all your waiting for is the weekend.. And all of a sudden the weekend is over and another 5 day wait for the weekend comes again.. Which is most likely why time has flew so much.. It's flown so much that i'm now on my 5th pay step.. can you say.. whoa!?!

So everybodys floating to Hawaii, for weddings and what not.. Jeez! Leave some Maui for me next year! heh.. Just remember.. Watch out for the Mahu's trying to pick you up guys!.. But somehowi can forsee the pimp getting Mahu action! heh heh..

Mmmm yummy.. can you say supplimental tax bill.. oh ya! can you also say *murder!* anyways i just got my uniform allowance, well you know where thats going towards..
heh..

Tried to fix a coworkers computer.. the more i fiddle with it the more i think it's hosed.. It was having hard drive troubles. But i brought one of my old school 4GB's and it had trouble with that as well.. IDE issues? oi..

Capt'n D came over and picked up his moto.. i do say that i think his bike has either a bit more power than mine or has more 'usable' power at RPM ranges that people use on the streets. I get to 13k rpms once in a blue moon (bluemoons occur every 2years on one cycle and 3 the next!).. His stock seat is more comfy but the riding position is slightly higher than mine. It's like the ZX-6 is geared for more street riding, and my GSX-R is more for agility. Now 8ball's bike, has both agility and power.. But then it is 5 years newer..

Helped RangerBoB move back to his old place. Ahh yesh the childhood home, but all redone nicely though. Laminate floors and the front room did a switcheroonie with the kitchen.. and the downstairs was all redone.. Nice.. but you know what that means? A new redone empty house = new furnishings = $$! At least his parents who just moved to Florida didn't get to meet the full powers of Mr. Charlie and Frances.. *phew!*

It was my mum's chinese birthday, and my parents are simple people. They just want a simple dinner. Which is what we did.. The only thing i don't get is that fluffielady always gets to hear the stories of my parents when they were way back when.. Stories that i never hear.. They must like their almost daughter-in-law.. *doodoo!*

Afterwards i had a mission to return a certain item back to the doggielady. But alas it was the wrong bit. At least i *finally* get to meet the evilOne that she always talked about. And since i've been hearing bad stories of her it put me on edge.. eventually that sharp, pointy, streamline looking doggie was cool with me.. All bark, but i guess i haven't tested out the bite yet.. *scared!*

yep as i thought my video card drivers are TOO new.. so i had to switch back to old ones, at least halo works.. madness!

somehow this 3 day weekend seemed to be the longest 3 days i've had in a while.. which is a good thing.. since 3/4 of the year is gone already.. where did it go?

Holy crap i haven't been thrashed soo bad since way back in fresno!
It's was a real cool shindig! thanks to everybody who came and met up with us on our rounds around town.. Espeially RangerBoB, who worked his butt off on the setup and execution of it all! True buddies hook it up! We went to the glass kat 1st but they weren't opened till 10pm! what is that about! Anyways our small cadre cavorted, danced and drank about till 2am at 3 different bars. Roz hit it hard the worst, i was probably next. But then i remembered everything that's happened. Ate a bit at the lovely Denny's at serramonte then Finally hit the sack at 4am.. I haven't been to that Denny's since last time was with Roz and Paul.. I don't remember when it was but we got to that place at 4am. When we arrived it was jammed packed and there were only 3 people working.. 1 waiter, 1 manager, and 1 cook. Well the cook took our order.. Made the food AND delievered the food! That was supercool!

Today i woke up at 7:30am feeling like crap! I felt restless and noxious.. Stayed awake for a bit and FINALLY went to sleep at 10am.. to awake at noon. Picked up Baconboy and roamed the bay area with Roxannes Bridesmaid, Paula..

Today was quite a beautiful day!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 1 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 44min (waiting for my shack sandwich to arrive)

what in the world is this? i just saw the commercial for it. Called Restasis and it's for people who have a hard time producing tears? Is that like superdry eye or someone who can't cry? For me just cutting onions turns me into a little girlyman..

Work was ok, later on someones gonna get thrashed!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 3 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 28min

Let's see..
Yesterday i got sent out to work at the boonies.. The Art-Deco, Gotham City looking building and what not. It was an ok 6hrs. 30min. Since it took us one and a half hours looking for a vehicle that worked! Yea, our high-performance vehicles are always down and unusable! can you say.. WeakSauce!

Actually Fluffielady and her staff have it even worse.. Everybodys heard of teachers buying their own school supplies and what not right? Well have you heard of one teacher bringing his own refrigerator? and another bringing a microwave etc. etc..? Her place is in such a dissarray that there is no staff room.. Wassup with that??

ahh but forgive me father for i have sinned.. I bought a CD.. yep.. an audio CD! *Scary!* well it's not like i can easily find Beethoven's String Quartet No.14 in C-sharp Minor: Adagio Quasi Un Poco Andante.. could i? Anyways more for the home stereo.. It's quite airy and beautiful..

For Today, another one bites the dust.. 40-to-life.. All of us were wondering what we'd do if we were sentenced to that length of time.. it'd be madness!

Picked up the wine.. You saved $63.90. I picked it up from the same guy, he seemed to be avoiding me, but hey. you know how many more bottles can u buy with that $64??

ugh my computer is being silly again. Either it's video drivers that are TOO updated or some silly ram crap! CRAP i tell you!
