Level Of Difficulty at Work: 2 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: First time 20min lunch only!

Ahh yea i likie this chair.. but don't get it for me!

Yes, 450 12-Guage Shotgun shells make this chair named the "Fully Loaded" an interesting piece. It seems that the brass bases create a massage. Creating a balence between peacefulness and violence! Such is the duality of life.

So it seems that i have credit problems. Of the credit people i've spoken to they find it odd. Usually the child of the credit cardholder messes things up for the parents. For me it's the opposite. i doubt i can get things repaired in time but my credit score still holds at the decent range. The problem was reported to two of the three credit bureaus and so if this problem didn't exist my score woulda been in the 800 range. But since this problem does exist, my scores are 658,682, and 811. The minimum needed is the midscore being 680.. Lordy talk about living off the skin of your teeth, it seems to be a new skill that i've learned. Fluffielady's due to the problem not touching her is 767,770 and 798.. I like these credit reports they tell you the most silly of things. One thing for fluffielady is that it claims 'too many consumer finance company accounts.' She has 2 credit cards, and one of them is our joined credit card. So hows that for too many?

So this month both of us get the shaft somehow, i have mystery credit crap. And fluffielady lost Mr. Car. Man whats going on? Speaking of which i think we're going for a used RAV4, but not to be purchased until the end of the month. Something in the 2002-2004 range with low miles if possible, and white or black with dark interior, and 4wd. So that once in a blue moon i can go up to the mountains without fear of getting out of the parking lot.

i think i'm gonna add two things to my sidebar.. 1) is the ever popular 'list of things that i regret,' and 2) is list of skills learned. Yea.. lemme think some up.

Somehow i feel like a Country Song is brewing..

Fluffielady wakes up today semi-sickies.. ugh it's just not working out for her this year. Somewhere (an email? a poster?) we read one of those Chinese New Year fortunes for your zodiac and it was all bad for both the year of dragons and snakes.. Lovely! And it's still the beginning of the year. oi!

Friday:
My time is up for the DSL service, i've been paying 30$ a month for the PRO *Oooo* stuff. And i wanna downgrade since i don't think it's worth it. The 3mbps is ok, i've gotten 320k/sec rates at times but the best is the 512kbps upload. Anyhow i called the number and the automated thing says 'expect waits of 10 or more minutes,' riiight.. i had to hang up 'cuz my cordless phone ran out of power, 2.5hrs later. At least i did the laundry, cooked, etc. So i call saturday, same doodoo.. i love the standby message 'to speed your time, you can make changes online at www.sbc.com.' NO! Not with my account, they'll let you upgrade and renew, not downgrade. Too bad my brother has my powerdrill, i really wanted to make some nifty ammo for them.

Yesterday went to meet up with the home finance lady. Currently we're living decently. Well with the new refinance things are gonna get tight. Not tight enough where i *hafta* work OT, but it means no Yamaha R1 or dance studio for a bit. oi! I think i'm gonna be stuck in the service rifle division as well. So no toys? i hope our raise comes soon! That and the Advanced Certificate with 6% boost should do us back to decency. Unless bebes come and fluffielady wants to quit, man then it'll be OT toasty. *ick* Saturdays available at the 6th floor? heh
After Home Finance Lady, we go to Insurance lady, to chat about car insurance n what not. i felt it was a waste of time since my prior experiences with insurance people have been not good (Since when does an agent screaming 'wheres my money!' ever bring good business?). Since i know that they are the middlemen, connecting you to the product with a smilie face and handshake, they can't do jack squat after you sold you soul. I might as well be shooting such nifty ammo at a wall. So anyhow we sit there, fluffielady sees what she can do, and insurance lady chats it up, and then turns to me asking 'how do i feel?' At that point i wasn't really in a cheery mood from 1)SBC, 2)increased mortgage payments, 3)Talking to a middleman. i had to think quit of something and just stated 'i'm tired.' Tired of everything. I don't even know how long we stayed there but i saw no fruit bared from it.

At least some goodness came about when we met up with Matty and Carol in downtown San Mateo.. it's been a while since we've been there. Hung out and ate Thai, i first saw this place at citysearch.com and it said it was pretty good, but Carol informed me that the place was empty when they walked by. With my mastery of holes in the walls, 1st rule is never go to an empty hole in the wall. But as we parked and happen to walk by, fluffielady and i saw the place (but didn't know the storename) packed with people and thought, ok this place is cool. Met up with Matty n Carol and told them about it. They were confuzzled, and i then i see the storename, how silly. Anyhow food was pretty good, but the tables were mainly setup for 'couples.' Well the place was pretty small. Yummie foods though! Meeting up with them made the day(s) a bit better.

So as for Today, i dunno why but i feel all bitter. One of those bitter against the world kinda feeling? Maybe it's time for patron? Patron doesn't have the effect on me as the others do, why?
Well Capt'n D and i were supposed to go up to the snowy hills of tahoe, but looking at the weather it said it was going to start raining at noon. Thats a bad sign and i decided to bail on it. Delilah in the snow is fine, Delilah on the ice isn't. I wanted a haircut but my 'stylist' is sick. So somehow i found a copy of an old old game online called BattleTech: Crescent Hawks Inception. What the heck is that you say? Well the game came out in 1988, and i bought it with my 5$ a week allowance at 1989, as well as my swiss army knife (my religion). Anyhow i remember it as if it was yesterday. I'm in downstairs in my room, playing this game on my Laser 128EX. Yes thats right, 3.6 MHz, 128k ram apple-compatible with 16-Color monitor, the only bad thing was somehow my floppy disk drive couldn't write, it could read though. So i'm playing this game, i'm almost at the end. And i'm trying to figure out the final puzzle and BAM! Stupid Loma Prieta Earthquake hit. I think it was the first time i played the game for 3hrs straight. Longest ever!
After finding the 319k zipped game. I beat it in about 1.5hrs, well cheated i suppose, the internet is your friend! And yes, i was right there about to win.
Scratch one less thing to do on my list!

No Onward to Mechwarrior 1, which paul and i used to play on his 386 33mhz(turbo)!

Level Of Difficulty at Work: 1.5 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 0min

Fluffielady is living in bizarro world. Just when things go sideways, she gets called for jury duty. AND she gets selected! Not fair? baised 'cuz of me? Probably, but the defense attorney ran out of preemptory challenges to excuse fluffielady. So now shes stuck in some trial. The cool part is it's close by, near Brian's Parents place which is near the shack! The bad part is she stays longer. Today the jurors didn't get into the courtroom till 10:45, they had opening statements till 11:30 and bang! had a 2.5hr lunch, she asks me 'can you believe that?' Why yes i can! Heh.

We're still trying to figure out the whole car plan thing. Tommorrow we're meeting with our home financing, and then to our insurance peoples.. Oi!

My Fresno buddies, Andrew and Marlia came on by and stayed for the weekend. They wanted to see some of the sights..

How much is the entrance fee for the upside down one?

Some peoples wanted to relive that Full House intro moment. Therefore on to the Painted Ladies!

And Andrew wanted to go where? Yep Malibu Grand Prix, at Redwood city. i tried looking for my Licence that i bought waay waay back when, for Michael Santos' Birthday party, at LEAST 18 years ago (ick!). Then i found out that they don't need it anymore, ugh! Anyhow i had to get over my last go-kart incident, so my first run was decent but i got on it on my last two laps 4-wheel drifts n what not. i do hafta say that it's not as fun racing against others but it's not as dangerous trying to find a way to pass someone blocking you. You pay by the lap and you hafta stop at the end to give up a lap ticket, theres no straight-aways so that you can really jam on it.

So onto other news. Our insurance peoples havent' spoken to us about anything yet. We're guessing it's being totaled. Fluffielady's been eyeing the 06' Toyota Rav4. The new one is bigger, and have better milage, 23/30MPG for 2WD and 22/28 for 4WD. i think it's 4wd time.. woot! We'll see, we're close to refinancing da houz so it's all in the air. At first i wasn't liking the interior of some of the toyota automobiles. We never really thought of a SUV, but fluffielady's liking to sitting up there. Backseat has got some space, and so is the trunk. The interior is redone with nifty aluminum bits and decent guages. Theres two specs that we're interested in. The Sport at 23k, includes sport suspension and charcoal interior or Limited for 24k, and it has dual zone climate control and optional 3rd row. Yea 3rd row seating in a Rav4???

Yea Thats right.. I ChooChoo Choose You!!

Happy Valentines Day!

Also Happy 6th Year Anniversary for me from work, another 24 to go.. (jeez!)

Fluffielady's been feeling better physically, shes not liking the fact that things that she takes care of gets jacked in an instant. The hard part i think is moving on, she loved that car and it was pretty much in mint condition. The collision peoples estimate the damage to Mr. Car is at 9500$, the car is valued at 11.5k. So the insurance peoples are thinking of giving us the monies than to fix it. We're faced with several options of what to do: 1) Go on with the repair, but i don't think it's a good choice, since 'straightening and aligning the engine' sounds fun but i've found out in past experiences with metallic objects that you can never bend things back straight. 2) Buy a new car. 3) Buy a used car. 4) Keep the monies and learn to drive delilah around. So, we're looking at Options 2,3, and 4..
What to do. Each has their ups n downs. oi!

Sorry haven't been online in a while. I was about to go tweak my router, but instead it went tweaky on me. Now i'm routerless and a new one supposed to come. Weak!

been a wild ride lately. Fluffielady got into a car accident yesterday and that kinda screwed the mojo a bit for us. Accidents are always a hassle. She was heading towards work and heading onto 380east the crazy merging began. As usual some clown in a van decided to change lanes using an undetermined scientific method of making sure it's safe leaps in front of a Honda Element, which causes her to slam on her brakes, which causes a GMC Suv to really slam on his brakes which made fluffielady slam on her brakes. Stopping on a dime is nice, but not when it involves a chain. Behind fluffielady was another lady slamming on her brakes which caused someone behind that person to do the same. She just made it before impacting fluffieladys car.
I get to work and see a message on my cell phones and hear a frantic message. Luckliy i gotta good supervisor to kick me out for the day to take care of things. We got the car towed and went to the hospital. The painful wrist and neck was looked at and found some slight sprains. Lucky her she got some vicodins to chomp on.
Got home and took it easy.

Today the wrist pain went away, but the neck and now ankle and stomach started to hurt. The nurse told us that the next few days it'll feel as if she'd be hit by a truck.. Well she did and now shes feeling it. i had to step away and go snap some caps with my once-a-year gang of FBI, SFPD, Santa Clara and San Rafael Snipers. This time i shot my AR-15, while everybody else had their scoped bipodded rifles. I lurv my rifle, managing a score of 197-5x out of 200. We'll find out the match results later. i know i outshot a few SFPD guys. That owns! i've managed to average about 2" groups at 200 yards. The AR is supposed to do 1/2" at 100, so i'm almost there, it's been a while since i've exceeded the usage limit of something. The last time i did that was bending my bicycle rims, since breakage of bicycle components means exceeding the engineering limits of the item. Time for me to make some more .223s.

Mr. Car says ow..

Level Of Difficulty at Work: .5 out of 10
NapTime During Lunch: 30min

Yesterday was my usual time of the month. The weather was excellent, sometimes too bright. The golden gate was pretty clear and so was sausalito. i signed up to the first relay and went at it:
200Yard Offhand: 181-2x
200Yard Rapid Sitting: 81 (bah!!!)
300Yard Rapid Prone: 99-5x
600Yard Slow Prone: 99-6x

Total: 460-13x

My rapids have been sucking the past few months, i dunno why but i gotta start back at it again. I suppose that my focus is off to sitting. The rapid sitting group swong into a 4 o'clock arrow almost. Weak! The two spotting shots for the rapid sitting was 12 o'clock high at the 9ring, so i decided to lower my sights. wrong move, in the past i never moved it that much but i felt that i was sitting differently. oi!

This thursday will be another match. i'm debating on using my Thompson Contender or my Match AR.. hmmz..

Afterwards, went to a coworkers house to setup their wireless network. It took a bit, but was completed.
